Exceptionally clean condition (especially for a desk), with two things to note: 1) both sides of base by floor have faint water stains, and 2) wood filler can be seen on upper left rim of bookcase, but was professionally applied.

Original Natural Oak finish has been refinished to Acorn Brown finish. Some gluing was also done.
